If we knew everything that was going on in the lives of our peers, we would be astonished at the challenges they face alone. Let’s revolutionize our relationships by moving through life together.

APPRECIATION: #INoticed

Entitlement builds when we don’t recognize all the wonderful things in our lives. Showing gratitude takes work, but it has the power to change everything. Let’s take a few minutes to reflect and be grateful. 

RESPECT: #WeGetYou

We claim to respect others, but how often do we actively live it out? Recognizing strengths, intentional thinking, setting boundaries - Let’s talk through what it looks like to respect others.

ENCOURAGEMENT: #YouGotThis

We’ll never know the effect of the small gestures, but one thing is certain - IT’S CONTAGIOUS! Let’s practice placing courage in others to build confidence.
